“Nowhere Else” is about a journey, a memorable trip with a lot of interesting people and places. And that feeling you can’t get anywhere else.

Throughout the height of the pandemic and amidst Melbourne’s many lockdowns, “To Darker Times” was born out of a dispirited state of mind. It now however acts as more of a tribute to 2020 – a time to reflect.

“Marlowe’s Dream” describes the gritty & noir life of L.A. private investigator Philip Marlowe. Initially written for a theater project, the song has a smooth and soft A Section and a rather rough and “barky” B Section. Just like Raymond Chandler’s colourful character of the 1930s.

The song features a very characteristic Bass Harmonica Solo that was later written with Chris’ instrument and sound in mind.
